GEJ1: written exam results (January examination term)

Hello there!

Tick, tock, tick, tock… The deadline that we set for announcing the results is less than 45 minutes away, but don’t you love the whooshing sound that deadlines make as they approach?

Anyway, here are the results of the written exam from the January examination term: click to download in PDF

We apologize for screaming and shouting, but we want to draw your attention to a very important piece of information from the previous sentence: THESE ARE NOT THE FINAL RESULTS IN GEJ1, THESE ARE THE RESULTS OF THE WRITTEN EXAM ONLY.

We could have uploaded them earlier, but we were trying to calculate the final scores/grades for all the parts of the course. We couldn’t do it, as some of our files are temporarily inaccessible due to syncing issues among Google Drive, OneDrive, two desktop PCs, a laptop, a tablet and a storage aggregation service called Koofr (Google it up if you haven’t heard of it). It’s a total cyber mess. As soon as we fix the syncing issues, we will upload the final results for the entire course. Stay tuned and watch this blog: we plan to do it on Thursday if the gods of cloud storage services grace us with their blessing.

Small print at the bottom of the post: in order to pass the written exam you must have at least 54.51% correct answers and you cannot have more than 2.5 negative points (negative points are the difference between the points you scored in a task and the minimum number of points in that task – for example, if the minimum in a task is 2 points and you scored 1.5 points, it means that you have 0.5 negative points, i.e. 0.5 points below the minimum).
